What we do

The Relationships Centre (formerly Relate Leicestershire) is a specialist systemic charity delivering high quality mental health, counselling and psychotherapy services to adults, individuals, couples, children, young people, and families at their time of need.

While traditonal theraupetic approaches focus solely on the individual, our approach recognises that wellbeing does not exist in isolation.

This means we help people explore not only what is happening to themselves, but also how interactions with family, partners, friends, colleagues, schools and communities may influence their experiences. As such our work is usually working with more than one person, i.e, couple, whole family or parent. 

We provide a range of therapeutic services, that can be delivered face to face in Leicester and across our outpost venues in Leicestershire and Rutland, or by video and telephone. Our services include:
