ADHD support for Adults

ADHD Adult Group Workshop 

For couples or individuals, aged 18 and over, who are looking for support who suspect they have ADHD or they have a diagnosis. 

We have developed an ADHD Adult Group Workshop to meet the growing needs of adults, in their couple or as individuals seeking support with ADHD. The group is designed to provide a safe, open and inclusive space where adults can learn, reflect and connect around the impact of ADHD on daily life, identity and relationships.

The session will combine psychoeducation, practical strategies and discussion, with space for participants to share their lived experiences in a supportive environment. The group will be open to adults with a formal diagnosis or those who suspect they may have ADHD. Participants may attend individually or as couples. Group size will be a maximum of eight to ensure depth of conversation and meaningful support.

Each session will run for 1.5 hours at a cost of £25 per participant and will be facilitated by an experienced ADHD practitioner with a strong background in group work and neurodiversity support.
